Chavonne Brown – Incoming Web Editor
Chavonne Brown (he/him) is a Black British screenwriter, playwright, game writer, and poet, currently undergoing a Creative Writing PhD at Lancaster University in the UK. He researches the use of SFF to reclaim and reimagine minority histories, with a particular concern for the presentation of blackness and queerness in visual storytelling. His short stories have been printed in the Birmingham Literary Journal and selected poems of his can be found in Porridge Magazine. Margeaux Weston – Incoming Non-Fiction Editor
Margeaux Weston is an editor and writer. A Louisiana native, she provides editorial services at Little Blk Books. She has written non-fiction books for young readers, and has authored entertainment articles for several media outlets. She can be found on twitter @MargeauxWeston
As the Non-Fiction Editor, Margeaux will be acquiring non-fiction pieces for inclusion in FIYAH’s quarterly issues. Stay tuned for submissions information.
